**Company Description**:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the organization's objective
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project commercial and contractual risks.
- Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency
- Promote collaboration between the commercial team and other departments such as engineering, project management, and procurement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other stakeholders, and internal team represent the company in key negotiations and dispute resolutions
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant laws
- Prepare regular reports on commercial and contractual activities for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 20+ years of experience is required
- Experience in mixed-use development projects
- Experience in PMO/PMC projects.
- MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts
- The ability to perform in a management capacity is also required
- Experience in FIDIC contracts
