Plan, manage, and execute facility management projects for public sector clients in the GCC.
- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend improvements for efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate best practices into project deliverables.
- Monitor third-party service providers' performance and ensure they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Provide feedback to service providers for continuous improvement.
- Implement global best practices and innovative solutions in facilities management.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
- Address client challenges and implement solutions with senior leadership guidance.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry advancements.
- Share knowledge of global best practices to enhance client operations.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for new client acquisitions.
- Identify opportunities for expanding client engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, focusing on project involvement and operational support.
- Experience with public sector clients in the GCC is a plus.
- Ability to manage service providers and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) is a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, FM Certification, RICS) are desirable. PMP is a plus.
