Overview:
Business Analyst & Technical Liaison -Treasury Systems for Banking project

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience to lead and support technology initiatives within the Treasury front office. This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines deep business understanding with system expertise and data management capabilities. The role will act as a key liaison between Treasury, IT, BRM, and external vendors, ensuring that Treasury systems and data infrastructure continuously evolve to meet business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Treasury’s involvement in all system-related projects — including new implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
- Manage platforms such as Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ALM systems, electronic trading tools, pricing engines, and market data platforms.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements; coordinate with internal IT and BRM teams for delivery.
- Drive automation, integration, and process optimization across Treasury operations.
- Support Treasury transformation and digitization initiatives including testing, training, and documentation.
- Lead and contribute to data management projects, ensuring high-quality data integration and reporting across platforms.

Essential skills:

- Strong understanding of Treasury products (FX, MM, Derivatives) and front-office operations.
- Proven experience with systems like Murex, Calypso, Finastra, Wallstreet, or similar Treasury platforms.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of Front Arena is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of Bloomberg B-Pipe architecture and market data integration.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration tools.
- Prior involvement with Informatica and Cloudera platforms is a strong plus.
- Technically capable — familiar with APIs, data flows, and preferably proficient in Python.

- Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage priorities across multiple teams and initiatives.

**Experience**:
15+ years of relevant experience in Treasury systems, financial technology, or related areas within banking or financial services
