Data Encoder

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting and updating information in digital systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the administrative needs of the office. This role requires high attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and update data into company systems with accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
- Generate basic reports as required by supervisors
- Assist with documentation and filing of records
- Perform regular data backups and ensure digital file security
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of data entry or office administration experience
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
