A food company specializing in bakery and meat products, operating over 350 restaurants across KSA, is looking for Sales Supervisors with the details below: **Get to know our client**: Our client is a leading company in the FMCG industry, known for their quality and freshness, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction." **Number of Vacancies**: 8 Sales Supervisor. **Key Accountabilities** - Controlling the expired returns coming from Market by making proper product distribution. - Need to make sure that the daily loaded items to salesman trucks must be sold out fully, and keep the carry over very minimum, to maintain the freshness of the product. - Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at customer premises. - Submitting the daily Sales report to his Sales Manager regarding the daily activities and sales performance of the team. - Responsible for handling and security of all cash and credit payments of the route and adhering to paying, based on company procedures. - Ensure products are delivered according to customer requirements. - Build customer relationships and handle any complaints with proper customer complaint form provided by Sales department. Also, he need to train the existing and new members of the team when needed. - Ensure products are verified against daily van loading sheet and reorganize products where necessary. - Increase the customer base and review the current ones to enlarge the business volume ,vertical and horizontal growth - To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies and plans. - Need to handle customer issues and make efforts to solve it and escalate the serious issues to the Sales Manager, for a better handling and resolution. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** - Bachelor's degree. - 5 years of experience as a Sales. - Having experience in FMCG. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Very good English level. - Have a driving license is a preferred. - Having experience in KSA is preferred.
