Senior Commissioning Manager

We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Manager with a proven track record in leading the building commissioning of major construction projects to join our thriving business in Riyadh. The role will require you to plan, lead and manage the commissioning process so that not only the engineering design intent is met but also that the functional and integrated performance of the facility and its engineering services are achieved.

**Qualifications**
- BSc or MSc in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years job-related experience in the field of building commissioning
- Chartered Engineer, Incorporated Engineer or CSA Grade 6 Desirable
- Certified Commissioning Authority with BCA, ACG or NEBB Desirable

**Essential Skills**:

- Ability to produce detailed, comprehensive and project-specific test scripts, method statements, commissioning plans and commissioning reports
- Wide-ranging MEP and ICT knowledge to conduct in-depth commissionability design review studies
- Knowledge and understanding of commissioning programmes including sequencing of work and critical path analysis
- Able to manage the commissioning process on technically challenging buildings
- Lead teams of multi-discipline Commissioning Engineers
- Able to assess priorities and communicate to staff
- Willing and able to make decisions
- Able to set-out and manage an effective commissioning process
- Participate in resolution of technical problems
- Ability to lead commissioning meetings effectively
