Based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, this position will be responsible for leading the growth and development of Energy & Transportation Solutions (ETS) Lifecycle business in western region (Saudi Arabi & Bahrain)

**As ETS Lifecycle Services Sales Manager, you will be expected to**:

- Grow the ETS Lifecycle Services (LCS) business in western region with high profitability
- Protect the existing ETS installed base across the region
- Develop and executes strategies and initiatives to upsell solutions, including but not limited to upgrades, modernization, and cybersecurity
- Grow revenue stream by increasing LTSA, Guardian and other subscriptions
- Increase Guardian support adoption and utilization
- Emphasis on software value selling with a focus on company’s industrial software portfolio
- Builds and manages long-term customer relationships and resolutions to specific customer needs and issues
- Develop and maintain ETS lifecycle services funnel to deliver year over year growth
- Manage the regional opportunity funnel and submit monthly and yearly forecasts
- Collaborate with world area lifecycle services team, ETS regional leader, Global program managers to drive lifecycle services programs in the region
- Closely work with proposal team to ensure the proposed solutions meet customer requirements
- Leverages the local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities and drive the teams to enter all opportunities into the CRM.

**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or instrumentation) or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in similar industry/ markets
- Good communication skills
- Previous exposure to SCADA/RTU technologies
- Good understanding of the major customer base in the region
