**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project budgets.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast and track costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management or related roles.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, cost control, and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
