In this role, you will work closely with our development team to create engaging user experiences and craft compelling content for a wide range of projects. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, ACS maintains leadership in the market by expanding its strong business development and acquiring cutting-edge technology for enterprise customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with UX and development teams to create designs that convey complicated information effectively and elegantly
- Conduct research and analysis to create user personas and journeys, and craft content that addresses their needs and motivations
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to test and iterate based on user feedback and research
- Write persuasive copy that draws users in and keeps them engaged throughout their experience
- Conduct SEO research and analysis to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines
- Create and maintain content calendars and align content strategies with broader marketing and business goals
- Edit and review all content for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, communication, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and writing abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
