**What does the role involve ?**:
We’re looking for a customer-focused field engineer to join our high-performing team. In this role you’ll be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to drive the sales of engineering products.

**What does the role involve?**:
The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Hilti’s products, software, and services. The role involves providing technical advice to architects and engineers in order to secure specifications early in the design process. The job holder is responsible for key project specification of Hilti products, software and services, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of Hilti solutions.

**What you need is**:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, a Masters degree is a plus
Sales oriented, with experience working in technical engineering
Strong experience in AutoCAD with a solid understanding of structural software’s (STAAD, RSTAB, SAP2000)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction field
Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English - written and verbal
Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
