**Job Summary**:
The HR Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. This role supports organizational objectives by ensuring effective HR practices and fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, screening, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Knowledge of government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, Mudad).
- Experience in dealing with manpower agencies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Create and post job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
- Maintain an organized talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
