**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and evaluate existing street lighting systems within urban areas as part of the performance-based contract framework.
- Develop and provide technical specifications for street lighting maintenance and operations under performance-based contracts.
- Participate in the design and preparation of master maintenance work plans for street lighting alongside other municipal assets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and municipal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct site assessments to gather data and inform recommendations for upgrades, maintenance, and new installations.
- Monitor and assess the performance of street lighting systems; propose improvements or modifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, as well as industry standards for street lighting systems.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, evaluation metrics, and maintenance plans.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project staff on street lighting best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in lighting network projects, with a focus on urban areas and exclusive roads.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of performance-based contracting in the context of municipal asset management and maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other technical design tools relevant to street lighting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- A proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving and project evaluation.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards for urban street lighting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience with smart city initiatives and IoT technologies as they relate to urban infrastructure.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
