**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise site activities related to **structural strengthening, rehabilitation, carbon fiber reinforcement, demolitions, and concrete cutting**.
- Prepare **method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation** for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with **safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering codes**.
- Conduct **site inspections, structural assessments, and progress evaluations** to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper execution of **demolition and cutting works** while maintaining structural integrity.
- Manage resources, equipment, and materials required for site operations.
- Maintain **health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance** on-site.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **BSc in Structural Engineering** or a related field.
- **10+ years of experience** in **structural strengthening, rehabilitation, demolition, and concrete cutting**.
- Strong understanding of **carbon fiber reinforcement techniques** and structural rehabilitation.
- Ability to **prepare detailed method statements and technical reports**.
- Experience in **site coordination, team supervision, and stakeholder communication**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a **hands-on approach** to project execution.
- **Valid Driving License** is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **UAE/GCC construction projects**.
- Knowledge of **local building regulations and safety standards**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, structural analysis software, and MS Office**.
