- Take appropriate actions to encourage timely debt payment while maintaining professionalism.

- Resolve any billing and customer credit issues effectively and efficiently.
- Update account status records and track collection efforts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status to management.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g., skip tracing).
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g., FDCPA).
- Proficient in MS Office and databases; ability to use related software and tools.
- Comfortable working with targets and achieving results.
- Strong patience and ability to manage stress while dealing with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Skilled in negotiation, with an ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
