Our client in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Game Producer responsible for the execution of the games’ overall vision. This role involves creating great relationships with our Design Director, Art Director, Technical Director, Lead Live Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver AAA titles across multiple platforms. Supporting the direction and vision of the project along with taking care of the project timeline, budget, and quality standards set forth and agreed upon.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the day-to-day functioning on the production floor, sprints, processes, and interactions.
Using insights to create feature goals and leading the development of the game.
Facilitating and driving team communication and guiding team culture to build a highly engaged team.
Partnering with art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure quality and realistic expectations for timelines, estimates, and project deliverables.
Reviewing the content in the game, providing feedback and suggestions to the team to deliver a high-quality product.
Defining and tracking project schedule and milestones progress and mitigate risks.
Provide comprehensive analysis of development tasks to facilitate decisions based on accurate and measurable work information.
Ensure relevance of resource planning, workload, team organization, pipeline choices, tools, methods & technology.
Defining project budget, monitoring, and forecasting.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Key Skills:
Experienced Producer or Product manager with 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong Project Management and planning skills.
Organized and analytical in decision making
Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile development and a practitioner of the same.
Strong understanding of project velocity, burndown, Game KPIs, and the ability to use data while making decisions.
