**Senior Project Manager, Logistics Plannin**g**
**Role Summary**:
As a Senior Project Manager,Logistics Planning, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of logistics strategies and processes for Neom projects.
This role requires analyzing supply chain data, formulating material flow plans, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and developing strategies for material and manpower fulfillment.
As a Senior Project Manager, Logistics Planning you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate closely with the Neom project management team.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Logistics Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans to ensure the timely delivery of materials and manpower to the construction site.
- Coordinate with Neom project packages and management teams to align on data quality, assumptions, and outputs.
2. Supply Chain Management:
- Analyze and forecast material needs based on project timelines and resource requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
3. Project Scheduling & Resource Optimization:
- Collaborate with the project management team to align logistics activities with the project schedule.
- Support resource allocation by ensuring materials and resources are available according to construction schedules.
- Optimize delivery routes, transportation costs, and storage solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data on logistics activities, transportation costs, and material usage to identify areas for improvement.
- Recognize opportunities for cost savings and increased operational efficiency.**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or logistics planning, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Experience in developing investment business cases and conducting cost-benefit analysis.**Competencies**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A solid understanding of NEOM's vision and the unique challenges and opportunities associated with this groundbreaking project.
