**Job Description**:
We are looking for multi-skilled product manager with excellent interpersonal skills that will need to work with diverse teams spanning engineering and marketing, requiring both a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. You also will work on improving customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline product requirement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in developing product vision, strategy and success metrics.
- Understand product strategy and deliver features that reflects a uniquely perspective on how to achieve it.
- Understand and manage product roadmap, prioritization and capture insights from a wide range of inputs.
- Collection of product requirement from internal and external customers
- Working alongside engineering and UX teams to insure usable and high-quality delivery.
- Working with marketing team to manage product launches.
- Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta’s and after full release.
- Deeply know the problems that you’re tackling through research and regular interaction with customers; define and frame those problems for the team
- Identifying and filling product gaps, customers needs and generating new product ideas.
- Share knowledge with team members through knowledge sessions and mentoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a product management or related role (such as in engineering, Product Designer, or product marketing manager)
- Proven product development ability.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge in User Experience, technical background and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them.
- Experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
- Good understanding and working experience in technology development best practices (such as, Agile, etc.) and product management technologies.

Additional Information
**Nice to have**:

- Experience in a SaaS product management role.
- Experience in eCommerce industry
- Technical background with experience in integrations, software development or web technologies.
- Familiarity with UX concepts and have worked on user research and A/B testing.
