**Job Summary**:
The Store Administrator/ Storeman performs day-to-day store management and administration functions in the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Receive incoming delivery orders and prepare receiving reports.

2) Prepare forms for issuing and receiving of store inventory items.

3) Prepare store inventory items for relevant departments based on approved request forms.

4) Maintain adequate issuing/receiving controls and safeguarding of the company assets.

5) Raise Purchase Requisition form for purchase of store items.

6) Maintain proper storage, traceability and accountability of all store inventory items.

7) Ensure all store inventory items are controlled and kept in good condition.

8) Ensure all inventory records are updated timely and accurately.

9) Perform inventory stock-taking as and when required.

10) Perform physical movement of materials and parts using pallet truck / forklift.

11) Report any loss or damaged items timely.

12) Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Diploma in Administration, Warehouse Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge and experience in inventory management and stock-taking.
- Have experience in operating forklift.
- Meticulous, systematic and attention to details.
- High level of responsibility and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
