Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Associate Engineer - Fire Protection **to join our team In this role you will get to **work on one of the fastest growing projects in the Kingdom.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assist in reviewing project design documents to ensure that all privately developed projects comply with applicable codes, regulations, standards and laws.
- Inspect the final systems after they are constructed to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, standards and laws.
- Coordinates activities with other departments within the Royal Commission of Yanbu and external developers, their design consultants and their contractors/subcontractors.
- Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Consistently demonstrate professional skills in structuring assigned activities, creativity, teamwork, communications, operational efficiencies, handling of a client's changing needs, decision making, and analyzing and solving problems.
- Participate in other fire Safety activities such as
- Conducting fire protection surveys.
- Making fire risk analysis.
- Participate in fire safety educational and training activities.
- Excellent teamwork, problem solving and consensus building skills.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Protection Safety or related field
- Fresh graduates with no professional experience can be considered
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills
- Competent with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD and relevant fire-protection / mechanical systems design software

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience specifically in the field of fire protection systems design, review and construction
