Job Summary
We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to Assists the DOC in the development, co-ordination and execution of all Communications activities. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOC/DMM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications in order to build and maintain the prestigious image of the hotel.
As an Assistant Marketing Manager, we rely on you to
Assists and supports the co-ordination of Communication Activities and Promotion.
Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
Gathers information / advertising clippings of competitor hotels.
Keep DOC and Marketing staff informed on Communications activities of main competitors.
Supports Communications and related duties and functions as deemed necessary.
Performs administrative duties as required.
What we're looking for
Degree in Creative Designing/Graphics or E-commerce from a recognized institution
2 years Social Media & Graphics Designing experience
Oral and written proficiency in English; Business Correspondence skills
Ability and willing to work long hours
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to interpret data
Expertise in Adobe software (Photoshop,After Effects and Premier)
