Hse Manager

AECOM are currently seeking an experienced HSE Manager to be based on a large scale historical program, in the Medina region. The HSE will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance with company and local safety regulations.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
+ Implements project health safety and environment plan.
+ Monitors policies, procedures, programs, standards, and design criteria affecting construction safety on a construction project.
+ Determines cause of unsafe condition through procedure review, equipment and facilities inspection, and worker observation with corrective action recommendations provided.
+ Assist management with in meeting established safety and risk management goals and objectives.
+ Reviews and oversees procedures for investigating construction accidents.
+ Collects and analyzes injury and safety survey statistical data to write technical reports and makes presentations to contractors and regional management regarding contractor performance.
+ Area of work may require movement off site periodically.
+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
+ Ensure that Safety, Health and Environment resources are managed in the best continuing interests of the company. Responding to unforeseen circumstances and taking appropriate action.
Minimum Requirements
20+ years of related professional work experience in the Construction Safety field, with at least 8-10 years in a managerial position.
**Please note**: This role is based in a remote location, in the medina region.
