**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Vision & Execution**: Develop, communicate, and execute a robust, growth-focused strategy that maximizes profitability, market share, and brand equity in a highly competitive environment. Focus on reaching key milestones, including revenue growth, increased operational efficiency, and IPO preparedness within the next 2 years.
- **Sustainable Market Leadership**: Position the company as a market leader by leveraging consumer and industry trends. Drive sustainability initiatives to ensure long-term environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance in production, distribution, and corporate practices.
- **Operational Excellence & Cost Management**: Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost reductions, supply chain optimization, and waste minimization.
- **Financial Strategy & IPO Preparation**: Oversee financial planning, capital structure, and profitability initiatives to prepare the company for a successful public offering on the Saudi Tadawul. Engage with banking, investor, and regulatory stakeholders to optimize financing options and maintain robust financial health.
- **Team Leadership & Culture Development**: Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Build and mentor a cohesive leadership team, cultivating an environment that empowers employees and aligns with our company values.
- **Innovation & Adaptability**: Champion new approaches and technologies that drive process efficiency and product differentiation. Adapt quickly to market shifts and regulatory changes, demonstrating agility in decision-making and strategy.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CEO or equivalent executive. Prior success in the consumer goods, industrial, or related sectors is preferred, especially with experience in scaling businesses or leading through complex market challenges.
- **Saudi Market Expertise**: Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi market and its regulatory landscape, with a well-established network in the banking, investment, and regulatory sectors in Riyadh.
- **Transformative Track Record**: Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation and deliver measurable results, such as revenue growth, improved operational efficiency, and successful turnarounds or public offerings.
- **Operational Savvy & Financial Acumen**: Strong understanding of operations and corporate finance, including experience in cost control, financial modeling, and debt/equity structuring.
- **Resilience & Agility**: A results-oriented leader who remains composed and effective under pressure. Proven ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
