**Role Summary**:
To efficiently assist in receiving materials from suppliers, dispense raw materials for production, and dispatch finished goods to customers within the targeted time, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate daily with the Supervisor to review scheduled dispatches.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Dispense finished goods as per the customer’s pick list.
- Verify that goods match the pick list and are free from damage.
- Maintain all supporting documents related to the billed invoice.
- Ensure 100% scanning of goods for the track-and-trace system as per SFDA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Production and Warehouse teams to review raw material requests
- Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of materials as per production requirements.
- Verify raw materials against the pick list before dispensing.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dispensing area to prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate daily with the Procurement team to review expected deliveries.
- Ensure smooth coordination for incoming shipments
- Verify and sign off on all received shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of received goods for compliance and audit purposes.
- Ensure all received materials are entered into the system accurately.
- Periodic cycle count should be performed under the supervision of your direct Supervisor.
- Proper bin locations to be maintained to verify the inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience Pharmaceutical Warehousing.
- Relevant knowledge of SAP ERP system.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
