Overall Purpose of the Job:
Plans and coordinates quality control activities in department, product line or location.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:
1. Arrange, perform, report and feedback results of the audits which, are required to be performed strictly in accordance with the annual Internal Quality Audit Programme for area of responsibility.

2. Raise and receive Corrective and Preventative Action Requests and ensure that they are efficiently and accurately logged and maintained within the database and proactively monitored and progressed until verifying effective closeout. Follow up correspondence for Supplier and Customer Corrective and Preventative Action is covered within this principle responsibility.

3. Support Operations and Operations Support Department’s by proactive liaising with and through the provision of; advise, timely collation and forwarding of information, accurate preparation/ processing of document, reports and maintenance of database(s) all associated with the Quality Management System. This accountability also covers creating awareness and promotion of the Quality Management System as deemed necessary.

4. Maintain, update and improve the Quality Management System and master QMS Documents.

5. Perform Quality Control activities that includes the review of documentation against purchase order requirements and physical checks and inspections of Equipment and Parts. Raise of reports and liaise with the necessary Suppliers and Internal Customers.

6. Any other duties as determined by the line manager to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the Quality Management System or Quality Department.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
1. Qualified and Experience Lead Assessor (Quality).

2. Trained and Experienced Internal Quality Auditor. 3. 2+ years previous experience with Quality Management Systems.
