You will leverage market insights and trends to guide your strategies, ensuring they align with Qiddiya’s overall mission while meeting commercial objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement for Qiddiya’s retail assets.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional materials and digital content to support retail initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Facilitate market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, media, and community partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to cultivate a high-performance team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that achieve commercial objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for retail and customer experience.
