To supervise all technicians/Subcontractors works for the delivery of tasks as per assignment.
- Plan, Assign & monitor the duties & tasks of the technicians/subcontractors on the site.
- Coordinate with construction manager to ensure technicians with appropriate skills are allocated to jobs to minimize the risk of compromising productive Efficiency & job finish quality.
- Ensure the procedures of HSE are being implemented by the technicians on the site.
- Report any problem on the site to the engineers.
- Assign technicians to undertake the hardware installation activities** **and follow-up on their work.
- Assist in testing and commissioning phase during project implementation.
- Assist in system troubleshooting.
- Support in Design & Commissioning stage in Security systems when required.
- Revise the delivery of equipment to and from stores and clients.
- Prepare / Conduct ITP, MIR, and WIR reports.
- Support technical lead to provide technical submittals & Detailed/ shop-drawings /As-built Drawings.
- Conduct Site Survey / Technical report.
- Provide feedback to the construction manager to report it to technical team leader on the performance of the Technicians/supervisors, as input into their performance evaluations.

**Personal Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering.
- Certified or ability to be certified in Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical report skills
- Good team player
- Good command of English
- Leadership skills

**Technical Skills**:

- 5+ years of technical experience with ELV/electrical background.
- Good practical experience in low/light current solutions (CCTV, Access Control, PA, AV, MCS, FA, Road blocker, Bollard, barrier, X-ray machines, Turnstile, Motor gates.. etc)
- Ability to follow up on excavation, Earthing, cables, and Routing works.
- Ability to understand the detailed/layout drawings.
- level of proficiency in using Microsoft office (Excl, word, outlook..)
- Certificates in any Light current system is a plus.
- Certified in Saudi council of Engineers is a plus
