**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement social media strategy that is aligned with company objectives.
- Assist the team to generate inspirational and impactful content on all social media platforms on a monthly basis, based on organic outreach, whilst recommending which campaigns to boost if relevant
- Train the team to improve social media accounts’ supervision posts to ensure the design and brand consistency.
- Key stakeholder in annual marketing plans along with brand and digital divisions
- Recommend and implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness.
- Identify and analyze new and emerging platforms and their potential
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive sentiment.
- Keep updated on the best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Monitor, analyze and report the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Talkwalker tool insights.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activities using social listening tools
- Analyze competitor activities in social media and submit monthly reports.
- Identify and build long term relationships with influencers.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Submit monthly reports of influencers performance.
- Leading and training a team of Marketing associates.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Should be managing a team already
- Expertise with social listening and community management tools.
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
