We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous **Manpower Planner** for one of the largest construction companies in **Saudi Arabia**.

The **Manpower Planner** will be responsible for comparing the company’s manpower practices, processes, and performance metrics against industry standards or best practices.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and identify gaps in personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
- Align the company's human capital with its business objectives to drive productivity and success.
- Develop and maintain manpower planning models to project future staffing requirements based on project pipelines.
- Implement workforce optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve resource utilization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on manpower planning and staffing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies in all manpower planning activities.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in top-down and bottom-up analysis.
