Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Deputy Projects Delivery Director **to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Directs and provides management and technical guidance to all the assigned Project and/or discipline Engineers.
- Will act on behalf of the Client and guide Consultants, CSCs and Contractors for the successful delivery of the projects on time and on-budget.
- Should manage and supervise a big group of rail projects scattered in KSA.
- Works with and guides a number of Project Managers for the successful delivery.
- Must have knowledge and experience of Project Planning in order to guide the Project and Construction Managers during all stages of the execution. He will review project schedules and he will provide staffing estimates for PMC personnel based on the needs of each project. He keeps the client informed on the status of all projects / tasks. He is creative and innovative on seeking technical solutions for improving the performance of his PMC Teams.
- Can cooperate actively with the Contractors and seek solutions with them for the on-time delivery of the projects. He can evaluate the field engineering issues and he cooperates with the Engineering Department for the resolution.
- Collects and prepare presentations for the projects progress to the Management.
- Experience on knowledge transfer, mentoring and training junior engineers

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Must have at least 15 years of experience on construction of projects, with at least 5 years in Railways or Metro either as Project Director, Project Manager or Construction Manager.
- Should have an extensive management and technical knowledge of Railway Construction, Signaling, Buildings, Railway Facilities Construction and Development.
- Should have extensive experience on leading multicultural teams as a true leader.
- Experience on knowledge transfer, mentoring and training junior engineers is a must.
- Contractor’s experience on similar position is adding value.
