**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage ITS projects, including traffic management systems, signal control systems, and communication networks.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with transportation agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITS engineering and project management.
- Proven track record of managing ITS projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITS technologies, systems, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ITS design and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PE (Professional Engineer) license.
- Experience with PMCM services.
- Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering or related field.
