The Data Privacy Manager at the Data Management Office (DMO) is responsible for ensuring the organization's data management practices comply with relevant data protection regulations and Saudi’s Personal Data Protection laws. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and working closely with various departments to promote data privacy awareness and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with national and international data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Identify and assess potential privacy risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Lead the development and execution of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects, systems, and data initiatives to identify and address privacy risks.
- Design and deliver data privacy training programs for staff across the organization.
- Promote a culture of data privacy and protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, such as PDPL, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent national regulations.
- Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and managing data breach incidents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders on data privacy matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
