**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support retail client account teams in delivering strategic real estate services to retailers and retail brands
- Assist with retail site selection and market analysis projects
- Help gather and analyze retail foot traffic data and sales performance metrics
- Support lease administration and retail portfolio optimization activities
- Participate in store opening processes and retail rollout strategies
- Assist with retail space planning and store layout analysis
- Support retail brand expansion strategies across the Kingdom
- Help coordinate vendor relationships specific to retail environments
- Contribute to omnichannel retail strategy implementation and physical store optimization
- Assist with shopping mall tenant representation and retail mix analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Graduation within the last two years or expected graduation by program start date
- Strong academic performance
- Interest in retail and consumer behaviors
- Basic understanding of retail operations and commercial real estate principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Detail-oriented with good project coordination abilities
- Saudi nationals preferred in line with Saudization objectives
