**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Senior Manager - Logistics is responsible for all logístical operations for Majid Al Futtaim Retail. The role holder is also responsible for using best practices to optimize the Logistic operations and costs by utilizing synergies to satisfy the targeted customer group as per agreed timelines and budget

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Provide inputs on the development of a strategic plan for the DC Operation to help achieve organization objectives.
- Anticipate the DC Operations storage & preparation required capacity matching the current country strategy evolution.
- Propose solutions and implement actions to ensure security and hygiene of the goods till the reach the respective stores to avoid losses and to guarantee the product integrity.
- Ensure that logistics operations support merchandise and store needs.
- Develop logistics operations procedures and ensure they are updated to be aligned with current operations.
- Oversee the proper preparation of the DC to perform efficiently and with minimum impact to the stores, while maintaining the official inventory of the DC stock according to validated financial procedures.
- Oversee the monitoring process of the Logistics Providers service levels and perform regular performance reviews with suppliers with actions plans.
- Ensure constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant to Logistics
- 3-6 years of experience
- Logistics experience - Warehouse management experience.
- Inventory Managment
- Strategic Thinking ,Delegation and Accountability
