**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Freight Operations Management**:
- Plan, manage, and monitor freight operations, including sea, air, and land freight.
- Oversee import/export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Implement operational best practices to optimize freight movement and reduce costs.
- Track shipments in real time and resolve any delays or disruptions efficiently.
- **Vendor and Client Relations**:
- Manage relationships with shipping lines, carriers, freight forwarders, and other service providers.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure competitive rates and service levels.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:
- Lead and supervise the operations team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Develop and present operational reports, including KPIs, costs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Oversee the preparation of shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists).
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Freight Forwarding: 4 years (required)
