**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Manage contract renewals and amendments
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and opportunities
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless contract execution
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation

**Requirements**:

- a) Bachelor's degree in engineering, business/public administration, political science, law, finance, supply chain management or MIS.
- b) Minimum of 3 years in experience in contracting.
- c) Knowledge in contracting principles.
- d) Has work experience in auditing, accounting and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable.
