**Role Summary**:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. S/He acts as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional products or services while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Position Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide guidance and trust.
- Understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue/sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Develop account plans that outline goals, strategies, and action plans for each client.
- Monitor progress toward account objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Communicate client feedback, needs, and requirements to internal teams.
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities to stay competitive in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales metrics.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in selling IT solutions to end clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or another related role.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
