**2. JOB PURPOSE**:
The Business Analyst is an individual contributor role who leads all internal and external reporting’s with the suppliers to achieve the overall business objectives including PSI / Demand Plans SOH Claims and Sales bulletin trackers for Axiom. It requires complete ownership of Brand related reports & supplier relationship. The Role manages end to end Brand & Category Management and supply chain planning activities efficiently throughout the designated market/ markets.The activities under direct responsibility include Brand Analysis, PSI, Pricing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory Management with an end objective to maximise service to the customer while operating within the agreed upon thresholds of working capital deployment.The role would require an individual to have close collaboration both within the team & with key stakeholders including the Senior Management leadership, channel teams, logistics, suppliers, Technology and finance.While building and contributing to a personal and organization wide culture of learning and continuous improvement, the role is expected to deliver on core Brand Management & Demand & supply planning KPIs of Budgeted Revenue Gross Margin Stock Days Ageing, forecast accuracy, to ensure & optimize the deployed working capital of the organization and lead the implementation and sustainability of a best in class Category & Brand management & Supply planning process.**3. **4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

**Key Performance Indicators**
- **
Build and improvise on demand plans** - weekly, monthly. Work with the Vendors and channel teams to develop a consensus forecast with assessment of historical trends and sense check the forecasts submitted by the sales teams.
- Clearly call out business risks in terms of achievement to sales targets - Through Month end estimates and tracking.
- Implement and lead a monthly demand review cycle and weekly forecast review cycle with internal stakeholders with the right quality of input and outcomes.
- Follow up & monitor the SLOB & Ageing action plan on a weekly / monthly basis to help reduce impact of slow movers and free up the working capital.
- Closely work with Brand Team and Principals on identifying required amount for new orders releases (In Life and NPI orders)
- Coordinate with Finance team on planning and release of required number of payments for new Orders.
- Lead/ Support with hyper care on the NPI (new product introduction) management, launching of new brands, new business verticals or new market entry.
- Forecast Accuracy
- On time Submission of Demand Plans
- Stock days versus targets
- Stock Ageing versus targets

**Claims & Credit Note Management**
- Ensures that Claims are being monitored, processed and submitted on time
- Tracks the utilizations of Budgets against Job codes to ensure the optimizations of budgets and no expenses exceeds the allotted budget.
- Liaise with Principals on Claims approvals and Credit note releases.

**Sell Through and Bulletin Management**
- Responsible for tracking and updating the progress of Bulletin support against the sell through based on the specified timelines
- Reports over and underutilization of Bulletin Support for Optimization
- Ensure marketing claims and supplier rebates are timely claimed without delays set clear process & SLA with vendors
- Ensure PSI management & Timely supplier reporting.
