**Job title** : Lead Finance

**Job description**:

- versatile, hands-on role within the Finance department. The Finance Lead will be working closely with the Finance manager and will be fully responsible of the Aftermarket controlling. He will also support project controlling and accounting.
- Aftermarket & project controlling: Ensure proper cost & risk control. Explain variances, provide forecast
- Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reportings for management review
- Closing: Calculate revenue, post accruals, review & analyze the margins, provide explanations
- Account Receivables: Drive cash flow improvement by working closely with operations and improving order-to-cash process.
- Accounting: Prepare account reconciliations for key accounts (unbilled revenue, contract liabilities )
- Business partnering: Drive financial performance improvements by advising & collaborating with the different business partners

**Education**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting Qualification

Experience
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a senior accounting/controlling position in the Manufacturing Industry (Oil & Gas industry experience would be considered an advantage)
- Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and reporting system (Hyperion) considered an advantage.
- Strong ethics and integrity
