**How will you make an impact?**

As a true ambassador of Cartier in the capacity of Deputy Boutique Manager, you will ensure clients have best-class experience by driving performance of your team, developing your people, and motivating them through engagement. In addition, you will instill the values of Cartier in your team and be involved in the integration of training of new comers while coaching your staff to improve their performance.

**How will you experience success with us?**

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English & Arabic— French is a plus. Your communication skills will be one of your key strengths day-in and day-out, emphasizing team spirit and collaboration. As a Deputy Boutique Manager, providing a highly unique and professional client service is pivotal. You will assist the Boutique Manager in implementing and monitoring CRM programs and actions while building direct contact with our VIP clients.
