As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for day to day Coiled Tubing operational activities at the operational base in order to drive HSE, Service Delivery, profitable growth, adherence to processes and procedures to enable flawless customer delivery.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a large group of operational personnel to plan, coordinate and execute large scale jobs
- Planning and executing coiled tubing activities in-line with business strategies and planning
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to understand the activity forecast, volume and complexity
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time project delivery through effective planning
- Ensuring continuous maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping of all assets and facilities at the operating base
- Ensuring compliance with all client standards and requirements
- Liaising with key client operational stakeholders on a regular basis

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 15+ years in coiled tubing/well intervention operational execution and management
- Demonstrate solid, professional expertise gained in the energy sector in multinational and challenging environments
- Be able to build relationships with people of all levels of seniority and backgrounds
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
- Be a motivated self-starter with a result oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in an ever-changing environment.
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills
