**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement FF&E concepts aligned with high-end project goals and high-end client requirements.
- Source, select, and specify high-end FF&E materials, finishes, and bespoke products.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and material samples that reflect elegance and sophistication.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of high-end FF&E elements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end vendors, artisans, and suppliers to secure exclusive products and services.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement processes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Oversee installation and final styling of high-end FF&E components to deliver a flawless finish.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end FF&E design and specification.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on high-end clientele.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in procurement and vendor management for high-end products, with a proven record of dealing with high-end vendors.
- Immediate hiring availability.
