- Help to develop solutions to complex HR Systems/Technology scenarios or projects that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
- Serve as the corporate expert on HCM processes, reports, and enhancements for assigned functions
- Manages small to medium sustainment or improvement projects
- Collaborating with internal customers to define process and system enhancements, improvements, deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
- Participating in HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility, innovation, and appropriate localization
- Leading team deliverables, software configuration design, build, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, scheduling reviews with stakeholders, and communicating project/team status
- Serves as key resource in coordinating software changes across internal and external teams, ensuring quality of software and acts as gatekeeper of change control
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
- Define priorities and scope for new solutions and features
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Perform all the activities and keep all information confidential
- Work collaboratively with HR Ops team and act as Tier 2 support on production issues related to Workday & local HR system for ME region.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create or maintain end user training documentation and train HR team and users.
- Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot, research as necessary ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.
