**Your mission**:
A Campaign Specialist is a marketing professional responsible for creating and implementing effective advertising campaigns to promote products, SKUs, or supplier's brands. This role requires a deep understanding of target audiences, marketing strategies, and advertising to develop impactful campaigns that reach and engage audiences. The Advertising Specialist collaborates with various stakeholders, including creative marketing team, and commercial, to execute campaigns that meet business goals and objectives.

**_ Your heroic Duties and Responsibilities:_**- Implement and execute commercial campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Manage in app assets, such as banners, swimlane, categories and subcategories
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future campaign optimization for the commercial team and suppliers.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, market trends, and advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful advertising concepts, messaging, and visuals that communicate the brand message and suppliers targets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, including metrics such as sales uplift, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize performance.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and results, and address any concerns or questions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

**Your heroic skills**:
- Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, mediums, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast media.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using advertising and marketing tools and technologies, including ad management platforms, social media advertising tools, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to advertising challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

**Nice to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
