**Job Description**:

- QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all project works, systems, and services in various functions. His main duty is to implement and maintain quality control procedures, processes, and systems to ensure that processes and services meet the required standards and specifications.
- Ensures conformance to the high level of quality, performance, safety, and/or code requirements by performing audit duties.
- Once tasks are completed, results and recommendations are reported back to the supervisor for action to be approved.
- Perform daily field audits according to tasks as designated on the checklist.
- Provide written QA reports to supervisor/client Maintain audit records Recommend requirements for remedial corrective actions Track QA progress and identify issues.
- Provide input to submittals, RFIs, O&M manuals, and other technical documentation as needed.
- Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide input to documentation for area/equipment turnover Implement and follow Quality Assurance Program procedures.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, strategies, and procedures for new and existing products, systems, and services.
- Monitor and assess the quality and compliance of products, systems, and services during every stage of production or project execution.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Analyze and interpret test data and quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and address customer complaints and concerns related to quality issues and propose and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards and processes.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, processes, and standards.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in quality control practices.
- Prepare quality reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Preferably with a minimum of 10+ years of working experience in, preferably different scales of projects within the engineering design, construction, and consulting business, and preferably in the social infrastructure.
- Proven experience, a minimum of 10+ years as a QA/QC Engineer or a similar role, preferably in an EPC/PMC environment of the construction industry, preferably on different scales of projects within the engineering design, construction, and consulting business, and in the social infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO, ASME, ASTM, or other relevant quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
