**Mechanical QC Supervisor - Pipeline Project (Neom)Job Description**:
The **Mechanical QC Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing quality control (QC) activities related to mechanical works in the pipeline project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and implement the quality control program for mechanical and pipeline-related works.
- Ensure that all materials, fabrication, welding, and installation meet approved quality standards (ASME, API, ISO.)
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on mechanical systems, pipelines, and equipment.
- Review and approve QC documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material approvals.
- Coordinate with the construction team, third-party inspectors, and client representatives for quality-related matters.
- Monitor welding procedures, welder qualifications, and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards related to mechanical works.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for the QC team and workers on quality standards and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum **8-10 years** of experience in quality control for pipeline projects.
- Experience in oil & gas, water, or industrial pipeline projects.
- Certification in **CSWIP 3.1, AWS, API 570/510, NDT Level II (RT, UT, PT, MT)** is preferred.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, ASTM).
- Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in remote project locations under challenging conditions.
