The Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) on-site personnel will serve as Project Operations Specialist for the F-15 Repair Support Program and provide support at King Abdulaziz Air Base (KAAB) Depot Supply for F-15 Repair Support contract requirements. Provides supply support sustainment services at customer field locations. Monitors logistic systems performance. Conducts research and provides logístical assistance to support operational objectives.

**The successful applicant must be eligible for a Saudi Security Clearance (SC).**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Works under general direction of RSAF, but is expected to lead the development, integration, implementation and management of new or revised plans, strategies or processes.
- Work unsupervised for extended periods of time in a wide variety of cultural and economic environments.
- Maintains status information of program and customer commitments and monitors compliance to plan.
- Interfaces with management throughout the Enterprise for coordination of status/tasks.
- Coordinates the management and induction of F-15 repair parts to various OEMs and repair sources in the Kingdom and around the world.
- Tracks inductions and provides status of customer/product issues to RSAF/USAF customers and program personnel.
- Maintains established field desk at RSAF Depot Supply.
- Assist customer in solving difficult F-15 repair part support problems with emphasis on supporting squadrons at each base
- Perform technical research using Boeing, USAF and RSAF technical publications, databases and supply chain related documents.
- Act as liaison between RSAF, USAF, and Boeing.
- Provide reporting to Boeing St Louis (STL) program office as required by the contract.
- Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication.
- Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts.
- Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
- Clarifies analysis with the F-15 Repair Support program to validate results and determine scope to meet contract requirements and assist in developing business cases.
- Coordinates with F-15 Report Support program leadership to gain approval. Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes to maintain status of customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- The contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) will govern the type, extent, and criteria for the support and/or services to be provided.
- Monitors logistic systems performance. Collaborates with company organizations to identify and resolve system issues.
- Conducts research and provides logístical assistance to support operational objectives.
- Maintains effective customer relations.
- Assists in researching, identifying and resolving Repair pipeline inventory discrepancies.
- Provide training, as requested by the USG PM/PCO, regarding access and retrieval of the MIS data as well as MIS report generation
- Able to understand indentured parts structure.
- Any other tasks requested by the management.
- Must have ability to coordinate activities and interface directly with RSAF at KAAB on behalf of the program to include:

- Coordinate pre-notifications with STL
- Coordinate repairs with in-Kingdom suppliers
- Research MICAPs as required
- Perform SAMIS updates (if access is granted) pending USAF disposition.
- Specific RSAF status updates as requested

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2+ years' experience of managing complex projects/programmes in the Defense sector is highly desirable.
- 2+ years' experience in supply chain and inventory management
- Competent in using MS Project & the MS Office products in general
- Experience using a RIO tracking and reporting tool
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels within the organization and be confident representing BSA to external clients and partners
- Knowledge and understanding of MOD and Government information security policy, standards and guidance.

- Experience of managing and inventory of large Aircraft Parts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- An understanding of RSAF Depot Process.
- Ability to plan, priorities and manage workload under mínimal supervision.
- Extensive Project Management experience; ideally holding a recognized Project Management accreditation; P3O, PRINCE 2, PMI/PMP or APMP (preferred not required).
