,Our very important principal and family-based client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a **Personal Butler **who can be based in Riyadh.

As the **Personal Butler **you are expected to be highly professional, detail-oriented, and attentive to the needs and preferences of the HNWI. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be adaptable, and be able to handle unexpected situations with composure. Flexibility in working hours is often required, as the role may involve long and irregular hours based on the employer's needs and travel requirements.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Personal Assistance**: Provide personalized and discreet assistance to the HNWI in various aspects of their daily lives, including managing schedules, organizing appointments, and handling correspondence.
- **Household Management**: Oversee the smooth functioning of the household, including supervising other staff members, managing household budgets, and maintaining inventories of supplies.
- **Event Planning**: Organize and manage social events, gatherings, and parties, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Travel Coordination**: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and managing any specific travel preferences or requirements.
- **Wardrobe Management**: Assist with wardrobe selection, care, and organization, including coordinating dry cleaning and tailoring services.
- **Fine Dining and Beverage Service**: Expertly serve meals and drinks, and possess knowledge of etiquette and formal dining protocols. May also be responsible for wine selection and cellar management.
- **Specialized Skills**: Some HNWIs may require specific skills, such as knowledge of specific cuisines, languages, or cultural practices, and the Butler may need to accommodate these needs.
- **Security and Privacy**: Ensure the security and privacy of the HNWI, their family, and their property. This may involve coordinating with security personnel and implementing safety measures.
- **Personal Shopping**: Source and purchase luxury items, gifts, and other personal belongings on behalf of the employer.
- **Tech Savviness**: Be adept at handling various technologies and devices, including smart home systems, personal assistants, and communication tools.
- **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, as HNWIs often deal with sensitive information and privacy concerns.
- **Fitness and Well-Being**: Assist with fitness routines, arrange for personal trainers, and ensure the overall well-being of the employer.
- **Pet Care**: If applicable, take care of pets, including feeding, grooming, and arranging veterinary visits.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Be aware of and sensitive to the cultural norms and practices of the employer and their guests.

**Qualifications**:

- 712 years of experience working in a similar role
- At least 4-6 years experience gained working for a HNWI as a Personal Butler
- With Hospitality Industry experience
- Able to travel from time to time both locally and overseas.
- Excellent English Communication

Location: Riyadh

**Salary**: Up to ﷼25,000.00 per month
