Gaming Pc Technician

**Salary: 4500 SAR**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**PC Assembly & Upgrades**:

- Assemble custom gaming PCs as per customer specifications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade components such as CPUs, GPUs, RAM, cooling systems, and power supplies.
- Ensure proper cable management and optimize airflow for maximum performance.

**Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to gaming PCs.
- Perform component replacements and repairs for faulty hardware.
- Conduct stress tests and performance evaluations to ensure system stability.

**Customer Support & Service**:

- Provide expert advice to customers on gaming PC builds and configurations.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues both in-store and remotely.
- Offer software support, including driver updates and system optimizations.

**Inventory & Maintenance**:

- Maintain an organized workstation and keep tools in good condition.
- Track inventory levels of PC components and accessories.
- Ensure all products are tested and meet quality standards before delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in gaming PC assembly and repair.
- Strong knowledge of gaming hardware, overclocking, cooling solutions, and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under mínimal supervision.
- Passion for gaming and staying updated on the latest gaming technologies.
- Transferable iqama.
