Overview / Responsibilities

SISCO is currently looking for Communication & Security Engineer to work in engineering department in EPC projects (with experience in Saudi Aramco, OMPP projects).
- Experience in Engineering Design of Communication and Security System in the oil & gas, hydrocarbon and refinery, includes preparation/review of engineering deliverables. - Experience in international safety and security standard - Including High Commission of Industrial Security (HCIS), ASIS, API, Saudi Aramco, Sabic and Sadara Engineering Standards & Procedures.
- Experience in Security Systems such as IDAS, MIDS, PIDS, FOFSS, LRDAS, CCTV, SACS, VASS, ANPR, Local Stand Alone, IP Based Intercom System, Physical security System, Anti-Personnel Fence, Anti Vehicle Barriers - Hydraulic Bollards, Emergency Gates - Manual Sliding Gate, Security Communications, Testing, Commissioning and Acceptance.
- Experience in Communication Systems such as Radio & Data Communication System, VSAT System, GPS based AVL System, Telephony System, Data Networking, Structured Cabling and Fiber Optic Network, Public Addressing system and RF and Microwave products.
- Verification of Preliminary design provided by Aramco, Sabic, Sadara, etc.
- Participate in Engineering Site surveys and collect required information - Prepare scope of work for specialist studies required to complete the communication / Security scope of work.
- Preparation/ Review MTOs.
- Preparation/ Review MRs, TBEs.
- Review vendor documents (NMRs)
- Preparation/Review of detailed design documentation such as layouts, cable block diagrams, cable routing plans, junction box schedule and wiring diagrams, etc.
- Participate in design review meetings as per project requirements and incorporate client comments on the submitted deliverables.
- Resolve of all technical issues during construction and ensure that all the works done on site are in accordance with the issued for construction (IFC) drawings, contract documents and project specifications.
- Preparation of redline drawings and As-built packages.
- Support Estimation Department as follows:

- To review all biding documents received from Estimation Department and raise clarification to client for missing information.
- Conduct site visit and collect all required information.
- Prepare MTO / scope of work to procurement department to get vendors/subcontractors quotation.
- Review technical proposals of engineering contractors and ensure compliance with client requirements. - Suggest ways to improve efficiency, costs and service in the execution of projects. - Informs Project Management Team of any change in scope. - Prepare design change notification (DCN) report for additional scope of work and take approval from Client. - Perform such duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Skills / Qualifications
- Experience with approved Engineering Contractor in KSA / GES+ is required.
- Experience with Saudi Aramco, OMPP projects is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Institute.
- Proven track record in FEED/Detailed Design experience.
- Experience with Saudi Aramco/Sabic/Sadara is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
