We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Data Engineer to pioneer the design and development of an exciting and futuristic Agentic AI solution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to support Threat Detection, Fraud Detection, and Event Classification.
- Build, train, and fine-tune Agentic AI models that can autonomously handle triage and analysis workflows.
- Develop scalable data pipelines for ingesting, preprocessing, and enriching structured and unstructured security data.
- Implement explainable AI techniques for transparent detection and decision-making.
- Collaborate with experts, and data scientists to enhance detection accuracy.
- Continuously improve model performance through feedback loops, data augmentation, and retraining.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior development of AI models for Threat Detection or Fraud Detection.
- Experience with cybersecurity data sources (network logs, endpoint telemetry, identity logs, threat intel).
- Exposure to agentic AI concepts (autonomous task handling, decision chaining, tool use).

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally in cybersecurity, fraud detection, or anomaly detection.
- Proven track record in AI model development for classification, detection, or predictive analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with NLP, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
